A comprehensive primary care service is offered but it should be remembered that we are not a substitute for your own surgery, we are here for unscheduled care out of hours for urgent conditions which cannot wait until your surgery is next open.

Nenedoc offers a telephone triage based service - patients must ring the service to be triaged by a GP or nurse. The doctor or nurse then decides if the patient needs to be seen and if so whether that be at one of our bases or at the patient's home.

All contacts with Nenedoc are relayed back to your own surgery by the following working day ensuring your own GP is fully aware of any contacts with the service.
